Kathryn grew up in a small town in California and accepted the Lord when she was 15 years old, partly through the influence of some Christian kids at school and partly through that of a praying neighbor who always kept an open door. She loves the Lord and has been blessed to serve Him over the years in varying roles, both in business and in ministry.

Kathryn and her husband are blessed to have two grown children and four grandchildren. It was their desire to be near those grandkids that brought them to Atascocita in 2019. She is a member of Houston Northeast and a volunteer at Care Net Pregnancy Center. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening (playing in the dirt), cooking, and hanging out at the dog park with Scruffy, her Yorkie.
