Phillip Warner

Phillip has been married to Lauren Warner for 17 years and is the father of two children. He has served with the Pasadena Police Department for the majority of his career as a patrol officer and currently works as a detective in the Digital Intelligence Unit. Phillip previously served on the board of the Pasadena Police Officers Union, where he helped make decisions that supported both employees and the department as a whole.

Since 2020, Phillip and his wife have homeschooled their two children and have experienced the significant benefits that choice has brought to their family and to others in the community. They hope to support other families who are considering the same path.

Phillip serves with his wife at Providence Community Church as a deacon, leads a weekly home group, and teaches in the preschool ministry on Sunday mornings.

He is excited to serve on the board and contribute to the Scholars community in a way that points others to Christ and glorifies Him.
