Returning Families start at Step 2.

ADDITIONAL REQUESTED DOCUMENTS - Returning Families only provide an updated photo. New Families, following the submission of the preceding forms, please email the appropriate documents to: admin@myscholars.org.

Letter of Recommendation - A letter from a non-family member (e.g., youth pastor, employer, coach) highlighting the student's character, attitude, work ethic, community involvement, and interpersonal skills.

Transcript - Provide a brief overview of your student(s)’ educational classes/activities during the 2023-2024 school year. This information will help us understand each student's current standing and how we can best support their educational journey. Public schools can supply transcripts if necessary.

Photo - Provide a current headshot of your student for our system. This photo will not be made public and will only be accessible to teachers and administrators.
